About Neha Badgujar
Assistant Professor · M.Tech in VLSI Design · 8+ years of teaching Electronics, Embedded Systems, VLSI and Artificial Intelligence — and the educator behind Neha Edu Labs.
A career built on clarity, outcomes and curiosity
Neha Badgujar is an Assistant Professor with an M.Tech in VLSI Design and over 8 years of classroom and lab teaching experience across Electronics, Digital & Analog Electronics, Embedded Systems and VLSI Design. Her teaching style blends rigorous fundamentals with an outcome-based approach — every module is designed around what a student should be able to do, not just recall.
Over the years she has mentored over a thousand engineering students, guided them through lab-heavy subjects like 8051 microcontrollers and analog circuit design, and helped many transition confidently into placements and higher studies. She is ISTQB certified in Software Testing, trained in Outcome Based Education (OBE) frameworks, and has spent the last few years actively expanding her own skill set into Python, SQL, Power BI and practical Artificial Intelligence — convinced that tomorrow's engineers need both strong fundamentals and modern tooling.
Neha Edu Labs was born out of a simple observation: good notes, structured roadmaps and honest mentorship are hard to find in one place. This platform is her attempt to fix that — for free, for anyone who wants to learn.
Teaching Journey
From engineering student to Assistant Professor and founder of a growing learning platform.
Began B.E./B.Tech in Electronics & Communication
Started her undergraduate journey in Electronics & Communication Engineering, developing an early interest in circuit design and signal processing.
Stepped into teaching
Took her first classroom role as a lecturer, teaching core Electronics and Digital Electronics subjects to undergraduate engineering students.
Completed M.Tech in VLSI Design
Specialized further with a Master's degree in VLSI Design, deepening expertise in chip-level design, ADC/DAC architectures and embedded systems.
Grew into a senior faculty role
Took on Embedded Systems (8051), Analog Electronics and VLSI Design courses, and began adopting Outcome Based Education practices across her curriculum.
Expanded into AI, data & software testing
Earned ISTQB certification in Software Testing and began teaching Python, SQL and Power BI alongside core electronics — bridging hardware and software skill sets for students.
Founded Neha Edu Labs
Launched Neha Edu Labs as a free platform to share structured courses, notes and projects in Electronics, VLSI, Embedded Systems, Programming and Artificial Intelligence with students everywhere.
Qualifications & Certifications

Teaching Philosophy
Four principles that shape every course, note and mentoring conversation at Neha Edu Labs.
Outcome-first learning
Every lesson starts with a clear answer to "what will you be able to do after this?"
Learn by building
Concepts stick when they're applied — through labs, mini-projects and hands-on exercises.
Bridge theory and industry
Textbook fundamentals are paired with the tools and practices used in real engineering roles.
Mentorship over lecturing
Students get honest, individualized guidance — not just one-way delivery of slides.
Areas of Expertise
A skill set spanning core electronics, hardware design and modern data & AI tooling.
